The unique designs of Mermaid Sisters are now sold in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Every working day at 2:00 PM, all orders are collected from us and delivered to the new mermaids the next day. For shipping your order within the Netherlands and to Belgium, we charge no shipping costs. It is also possible to have your order shipped to other countries; please contact us first.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and to Belgium is free. For other countries, please contact us in advance.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered to you within 2 working days by GLS. Shipments to Belgium and Germany may take an extra day.
How much warranty do you provide?
We deliver high-quality products at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves and the quality is reflected in our warranty. Our mermaid tails come with a 12-month warranty. If in doubt, always feel free to contact us.
Can I exchange my product?
You may always exchange a product within 30 days of receipt. However, for mermaid tails, this is only possible if you have not yet swum with them. Please contact us in advance to discuss an exchange.
